  • ABSMC Summit Dietary and MRI

    Large gut remodel in existing hospital. This project was the construction of a new dietary department with new kitchen, servery, and dining areas. Also included in this project was the construction of a new MRI suite and I.T. server room. The design was extensive and included new HVAC fans, new chillers, ductwork, reheat coils, boiler, and plumbing.

  • ABSMC Fan Replacement

    This is a project to replace four fans which serve the 6 story South Wing with Hunt Air Fan Walls. The project is phased to keep the critical spaces of the Hospital (Dietary, Surgery, CSPD, ICU) occupied during construction. The project includes the review and design of HVAC fans and ductwork, Sequence of Construction and Phasing Design.

  • ABSMC Summit Hybrid OR

    Remodel project to construct a new hybrid operating room in an existing, operating, hospital. The project included new imaging equipment, and installation of new HVAC fans and filters, humidifiers, plumbing, new medical gas systems, and controls.

  • ABSMC Summit Medical Center PCP Pharmacy

    Remodel in existing hospital. This project was the construction of a new pharmacy to meet new code requirements. The design included new HVAC fans, ductwork, reheat coils, pressure controls, a new chiller, boiler, and plumbing.

  • ABSMC South Pavilion (Providence) Chillers Project

    Central plant retrofit project to install two new 350-ton high efficiency chillers and steam heat exchangers.

  • Herrick Pharmacy

    Remodel in existing hospital. This project was the construction of a new pharmacy and required completely new HVAC systems. The design included new HVAC fans, ductwork, reheat coils, pressure controls, a new chiller, boiler, and plumbing.

  • Herrick CT Scan

    This is a project to install a new Computerized Tomography machine and associated equipment in an operating hospital. The project includes the review and design of HVAC fans and ductwork, and the installation of a new split system. Additionally, the old pneumatic controls were replaced with digital, and the new split system and reheat coils were tied into the central BAS.

  • Children’s Hospital, Oakland, 1.5T MRI Replacement

    This is a project to replace an aging MRI and associated equipment in an operating hospital. The project includes the review and design of HVAC fans and ductwork, cooling systems, and controls.

  • Children’s Hospital, OPC-1 RTU1 and RTU2 Replacement Project

    This is a project to replace aging rooftop air handling and cooling equipment at the OPC1 facility in Oakland. There are three (3) units being replaced that serve the entire hospital including a surgery ward. The project includes an air balance of the entire 3rd floor, replacement and relocation of two (2) exhaust fans, and the replacement of the three (3) units in the same location.
